Frequently Asked Questions

  • We typically offer conferences in Oxford in March and July. Other conferences can include a September conference in Oxford and a January conference in California.

  • To attend our Oxford conference the cost is $2,450 for students. This includes room, board, breakfast, lunch and final dinner costs. The cost for faculty is $1,400 (which also includes the same amenities). The cost for our January conference is $1,250 for students and $900 for faculty.

  • Each workshop has a different arrangement, but we commonly hold conferences at Merton College and Magdalen College.

  • At this time, we do not host students who are not affiliated with a college or university. In order to attend, we typically need at least 5 students and 1 faculty member from your university to attend.

  • Our schedule is academically rigorous. We have 3 lectures a day from world-renowned speakers on various topics each day. Students have the opportunity to ask and answer questions at the end of each session. We eat breakfast and lunch together, and students are encouraged to network with other students in the evening hours.
